All technical equipment is provided, and every session is led by qualified professionals with extensive real-world mountain and climbing experience. Our pricing is experience-led and flexible, reflecting the type of adventure you choose and how it’s delivered. Every GO Vertical booking is privately guided and carefully planned, so costs vary depending on a few key factors. Prices are influenced by: Number of participants – private guiding for individuals or small groups Activity chosen – from guided climbing and scrambling to gorge walking or portaledge camping Duration – half day, full day, multi-day or overnight experiences Location – including travel, access and logistical requirements This approach allows us to offer the right level of instruction, safety management and support for each experience, rather than a one-size-fits-all package. Cancellation Policy
Bookings and Payment: A completed booking form and deposit (or full payment if within 14 days of the activity) are required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the activity date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Group bookings must be made by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Cancellations by the Participant: If you cancel your booking: • More than 28 days before the activity – full refund minus a £20 administration fee. • 14- 28 days before – 50% refund. • Less than 14 days before – no refund. We may, at our discretion, allow bookings to be transferred or rescheduled. Participants are advised to arrange suitable personal insurance. Weather, Conditions and Changes by GO Vertical: All activities are subject to weather, environmental and water conditions. If conditions are deemed unsafe in the professional judgement of GO Vertical instructors, GO Vertical will offer a suitable alternative activity or location on the same date where possible. If no suitable alternative is available, the booking will be transferred to another date at no additional cost. Refunds will only be offered if no alternative or rescheduled date can be provided. Decisions regarding safety, activity choice and location are final.
